I’m Sue Terry, Independent Consultant and Trainer; Personal Development Coach. I set up Argon Associates Ltd in 2008 to be an independent consultancy providing services to business and to individuals.
I focus on working with clients to develop their business and achieve their business aims. My successful business development projects start in improving services from the customer’s point of view, as satisfied customers mean successful business. My areas of specialist expertise are within housing and retirement living, although my skills transfer successfully to most other customer facing service industries, including small niche retail. Argon Associates clients come from the public and private sectors; in care businesses and small communities; large organisations and private individuals – in short, every social and organisational setting.
Over the years I have established a network of independent Social Care professionals who provide me with a team of expert investigators to deliver my specialist programmes designed to drive service improvement, especially in Care businesses, and provide quality assurance for client organisations. I also have, as you would expect, extensive and reliable contacts in all professions relevant to housing and care who work with me on a project basis.
